Terms of Service

Plain terms for a small software studio. Last updated 2026-09-05.

Payment terms

All payments in USDC or ETH on Base or Ethereum are final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, and we do not process chargebacks. You are responsible for your own wallet security, recovery keys, and for confirming the destination address before you send. We do not store your private keys or wallet passwords.

Refunds

• Instant SKUs (agent-night, site-plan, pdf-pack, checklist, essay-pack, tip): non-refundable once the work is delivered or the agent window has run.
• Project deposits (landing-deposit and similar): refundable only if requested before work has begun. Once a build session starts, the deposit is applied to the project and is non-refundable.
• Retainers (ops-retainer): billed monthly in advance; cancel any time via the contact form to stop future charges. Past charges are not refunded.

Limitation of liability

We build and operate software to a professional standard but make no guarantee of business results, uptime beyond what is stated in a signed agreement, or third-party service availability. We are not responsible for damages arising from your use of the delivered software, your own infrastructure, or third-party providers (registrars, hosts, payment rails) outside our control.

You must be 18 or older to purchase from Sitlutions.
